Don’t File Bankruptcy – What Everyone Should Know Before Filling Bankruptcy
Most people have a fantasy that the easiest and the best way to get out of debt trouble are filing bankruptcy. These people are not fully aware about this industry and all they know is that there is no other way out other than filing bankruptcy. They think all their major problems will go flushing down the toilet drain if they go for it. When you go for this option your troubles start to mount up instead of getting away from you.
Why do I say don’t file bankruptcy? As I earlier said that by filing bankruptcy you invite problems to your door steps. People need finances to meet their daily expenses so their life can run smoothly. There are times when one fails to meet their expenses. These expenses are huge and cannot be ignored. We all know that we cannot always ask for money from our family and friends and we are not self sufficient to pay for all our expenses. We have to get a loan to fulfill our financial needs. When you go to a financial organization for loan; the first thing they do is that they check your credit rating. If you go for bankruptcy your credit background will be very adversely affected. Any loan provider will hesitate before giving loan to you and even if they give you loan they will ask for collateral or increase the interest rate and lower the time period of loan payment. High interest rate and low time period to pay back loans is not feasible for any body. This is why I say don’t file bankruptcy.

Another reason that make me say; Don’t file bankruptcy is that when you file bankruptcy your credit report show that you have once filed bankruptcy and that bad remark does not easily go away. It takes almost 10 years to get that back remark cleared off your credit report. Negative credit reports even threaten your ability to get a job. Now day’s organizations are checking credit report before giving employment to any one. If you have a bad credit report your employer can exploit you by offering you low salary. They do so because they think that people with bad credit report are facing financial situations and are desperate to get a job. Some employers view your credit report in a different manner and hesitate in giving you a job as they think that you might steal their money or might put the company’s image in jeopardy.
